What we ask in return.
It's a volunteer role — so the bar is real ownership of a slice, not full-time hours.
Time commitment
~3 hrs / week
Plus the monthly event if you can make it. Mostly async — we don't pretend otherwise.

Communicate honestly
If life gets busy, just say so. We'd rather you set a slower pace than burn out quietly.
